Spacious king suite with a quiet atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast selection offered enough variety to start the day off right.

The plumbing in the bathroom left much to be desired, with a weak shower head and frequent flushing needed. Additionally, the unheated outdoor pool and lukewarm hot tub were disappointing, especially considering prior confirmation about their functionality. Ants in the hot tub area, including some that bit, was a definite nuisance—I expected better maintenance in that regard.

The hotel location near I10 made it easy to drive around. The room was spacious and had a comfy seating area. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast with crispy bacon and French toast. However, the mattress felt too hard for my liking. I had a small issue with housekeeping. there was a yogurt lid from the previous guest that was overlooked. The front desk staff were mostly friendly, but the service wasn't consistent. one staff member was very welcoming while another seemed indifferent. Overall, my stay was good, but the mattress and housekeeping could use improvement.

Had a lovely stay with my family in a comfy room that provided just the right space for all of us. The outdoor swimming pool and relaxing sun terrace were fantastic spots for unwinding together. Just a heads-up, there were a few missing toiletries in the bathroom, but it didn't put a damper on our fun! 😊

My stay was pleasant as the hotel had a friendly staff and a nice continental breakfast. it was ideally situated, just a short walk from the fantastic Katy Mills shopping center and the peaceful Memorial Park, making it easy for me to explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings during my weekend city strolls.

the best western was modern and clean, which made my stay enjoyable. the staff was super friendly, and i appreciated their attentive service. the breakfast options were delicious and well-prepared. plus, i loved how i could relax by the outdoor pool on the terrace after a long day.
